Program

Diggg LLC Ad Alerts is operated by Diggg LLC. When you post an ad on Tiemban.com and tick the box to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages about your ad: a notice when it is approved (or not) and reminders before it expires, with a link to renew it. When you post an ad, we also text you a one-time code to confirm your number. If you sign up for ad alerts ("Text me new ads like these"), you agree to receive at most one text a day listing new ads that match your saved search, only on days when there are new ads. If you text our numbers, our team may reply to you.

How you sign up

You opt in by ticking the optional "Yes, text me about this ad" box on the ad form at https://tiemban.com/ads/post and confirming your number with the code we text you. Consent is not a condition of posting an ad or of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies: usually no more than about 3 messages per ad, and at most 1 message per day for ad alerts. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to stop or get help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm, and you will not receive more texts unless you sign up again or reply START.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
