These terms apply when you use Tiemban.com at https://tiemban.com, operated by BETBOY LLC (brand name Tiemban; "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. The site

Tiemban.com is a classified ads board. People post ads (for example businesses or salons for sale, jobs, rentals and services) and others contact them. We are not a party to any deal between users and don't guarantee any ad, business, price or person. Check everything yourself before you pay or sign anything.

2. Posting ads

  • Your ad must be true, yours to post, and legal. No misleading, offensive or unrelated content, and no one else's personal details.
  • We review ads before they go live and may edit, refuse, pause or remove any ad, and block anyone who breaks these terms.
  • The contact details you put on your ad are shown publicly so people can reach you.

3. Payments and refunds

Some ads and options cost money; the price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal (card, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay). If we refuse your ad, we refund what you paid for it. Other refunds are at our discretion, as money back or as account credit.

4. Messages between users

Use our in-site messages only about the ad. Don't send spam, links to other sites or requests for payment outside the site. We may read reported messages to keep the site safe.

5. SMS Terms

Text messages from Tiemban (Tiemban Notifications) are optional and only sent if you agree on our website by ticking an unticked box next to your mobile number: texts about your ad (approval, expiry reminders and new messages from buyers), text alerts for new ads matching a search (at most 1 a day), and one-time codes you ask for to confirm your number or sign in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 6. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from ads, users or deals made through the site, or from the site being unavailable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
